Hello. I have developed a 2v2 Chess App. Currently it has the Login, Signup pages, and then once logged in the user can click buttons to go to their Profile, Chat, Leaderboard, Play now and Groups screens. I want to add a couple features to my current version of the chess app. Currently the way the game works is I send the starting and ending coordinates of each move made and the backend either sends "Not your turn" or "Invalid Move" or if the backend logic thinks the move should be allowed it will send the board back with the move like the following R N B Q K B N R P P P P P P P P . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . P . . . . . . . P P P P P P P R N B Q K B N R I want to get help implementing the following features Move Validation, so when the backend sends either InValid Move/Not your turn the move cant go through, but if its the board the move can. Displaying which pieces have been captured (at like the sides of the screen) Display the timer which the backend sends to the frontend, and Display the users in the game Join groups with codes (currently you just click the group button you want to join) You will not be able to connect or work with the server I use, as I need to be on my school Wifi or VPN to work with the sever, so I will need to do testing for you, or you will need to use your own server, for your testing. I will provide the backend code so you can see exactly what it does and how it works, but I am not able to change the backend so any problems with it are not our issues, and I am only responsible for the frontend. I will provide the link to download the complete frontend and not the entire frontend zip itself as it was too large for the file requirment with the gradle files and stuff.
