Sketchup Smooth Topographic Rendering

Hi, I'm a Civil Engineer-CAD Technician from 8 years, thanks to two different universities. I have a lot of direct experience because i worked for public and private companies and I'm currently collaborating as a project manager for a construction company (residential/commercial buildings). Looks like you have to use a sandbox tool to make a topographical surface and "stamp" tool to insert your building, right? Send me a message so you can expain me better what do you need. Cheers
