Creative 2D/3D Designer Needed for Custom Container Project - Interior & Exterior Design

I am seeking a freelancer experienced in designing custom-built containers, specifically for office purposes. We seek a talented 2D/3D designer to create modern, functional designs for customized container modules. This project requires interior and exterior designs that align with the client's branding and exceed expectations in creativity and practicality. We must create five (5) modules serving various applications and requirements. However, the general guidelines and concepts are mostly similar for all modules. Key Requirements: - Design of Workstations: The office container should have well-planned and efficient workstations. - Meeting Room: A designated and functional meeting room is a requirement. - Break Area: A comfortable and relaxing break area is also necessary. Create 2D layout and detailed floor plans based on provided dimensions. Develop 3D renderings for the container's interior and exterior. Ensure the design reflects customer branding (red and white color scheme, logo integration). Ideal Skills: - Experience in designing custom-built containers. - Knowledge of office design and space optimization. - Skills in creating engaging and functional break areas. Key Features: Solar panels on the roof. Motorized awning for outdoor shading. Interior with pantry (microwave, coffee machine, cabinets), sitting area (recliner sofas, tea table, Smart TV). Durable materials suitable for Abu Dhabi’s climate. Deliverables: Editable 2D plans (DWG or equivalent). Photorealistic 3D renders in JPG/PNG format. Source files for all designs. Timeline: Initial concept designs within 1 week. Final designs within 2 weeks. Requirements Proven experience in modular or container design projects. Expertise in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional designs. Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback.
