HELLO EVEYONE :)
I NEED HELP. I NEED SOMEONE TO Design a 3D File and Send Me 2 Different (.stl) Files.
THE TASK: i Want to CREATE the LOCKING SUPPORT BRACKET ONLY for the 69 mm LENS.
It is a: " 3-inch BI-LED TOP LENS LOCKING BRACKET SUPPORT" that holds the lens in place. I will Attach pictures (THE BLACK BRACKET PICTURES) the other 3 pictures are a reference idea where they usually mount.
I Tried to take some Measurements to Help, THATS THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE I CAME OUT WITH.
THE Lens itself is 69 mm but i don't need the Lens. i just need the Bracket.
Looking at the Bracket from the Top View.
THE top-hole EMPTY inner diameter is 67 mm measuring it from the inside edge to the inside edge on the opposite side. Around the edge, there is a 1.5 mm layer with thickness of 1.5 mm around the circle diameter now we have total measurement of 70.50 mm.
on that same layer, another layer attach to it on angle downward. not sure about how much exactly the angle is but the layer is 2 mm wide complete circle attaches to the same diameter circle. now we have total measurement in the top from the outer edge of the circle to the other side outer edge of the circle total of: 74 mm.
from there, the distance to the bottom base is 40 mm.
the distance between the Center of the TOP MOUNTING HOLES. from the center of the TOP left top hole where there is no gap to the opposite side center hole, the distance is 67mm.
the distance between the Center of the BOTTOM MOUNTING HOLES. from the center of the BOTTOM left hole where there is a gap to the opposite side center hole, the distance is 84.50 mm.
the distance between the CENTER of THE LEFT TOP MOUNTING HOLE to the CENTER of THE LEFT BOTTOM MOUNTING HOLE is 38 mm. as for the other side, it's the same.
the distance between the CENTER of THE RIGHT TOP MOUNTING HOLE to the CENTER of THE RIGHT BOTTOM MOUNTING HOLE is 38 mm as well.
the 3 empty squares are 8x8 mmm empty space.
as for the 3 locks/latch. there is one in the center above the gap right in the middle. the square empty space where that lock sit in is 11 mm, but the lock arm is 9 mm long which leave a 1 mm gap space around the lock.
as for the other 2 locks. there is one on the top left corner and another one opposite way on the right front top section.
18 mm x 9 mm empty space/not complete empty because the lock sit in it in a weird shape as provided in the pictures. those 2 top locks themselves measurements (8mmx8mm) that's the best way possible i can describe the measurements.
If you Perform a Google Search for: 3" BILED or 3" BI-LED Projector, a lot of options/pictures will show up for reference.
1-The First STL File: THE SAME EXACT Lens Locking Bracket. (in the attached pictures)
2-The Second STL File:
The same file you created, 1 minor modification, the bracket has 1 big gap in the bottom. i need to make one matching gap on the opposite side.
The Goal here. i Invented a Servo Mechanism controlled by a mini esp32 c3, the Servo arm is connected to a round GC9A01 Display controlled by a switch. when switch is turn on, the servo arm goes down 90 degrees to line up the display in the center of the lens. when switch is turned off, the servo arm goes back to its original location. For Testing Purposes, i have 1 BI-LED. i cut 1 arm (top left) and carved a small portion of the black mounting lens support bracket to insure it works. I Tested it and it Works Beautiful, i just would like to make it look more Professional and print it the way i want it instead of keep cutting and carving Plastic every time i need to install it on any of my customer cars.
The mounting area/ holes where the screws go in must remain in the same location to ensure the bolt pattern/distance is the same so it can mount correctly in the same place when swapping it with the OEM bracket.
NOTE: "(RESOURCE MIGHT HELP YOU OUT)"
I kept searching on [login to view URL] for Bi-Led. I came across few links of a complete BI-LED Projector Animated that someone previously designed. it wasn't a .stl file to be able to save and edit.
If you have the knowledge/experience to extract The Top MOUNTING LOCKING BRACKET for the Lens in case that makes the job easier for you.
