I’m looking for an experienced 2D/3D animator to refine and enhance an existing character animation of a character jumping over an object and then crawling back under the object, picking up a chair and sitting on it. I have created the animation but it requires some work to polish and bring it to the next level. Also I don't think it has a "wow" factor so I welcome creativity as long as the 3 actions - going over the obstacle, crawling under it and sitting on the chair are present. Your goal is to make the animation as smooth, dynamic, and visually appealing as possible while maintaining realism and strong animation principles. Again feel free to get creative with movement styles, subtle details, or environmental interactions to make it stand out. Key Requirements: Software package: The animation must be done in Autodesk: Maya. I will require the .ma/.mb final file. Animation Quality: High-quality, polished animation with attention to smooth motion and natural flow. Anticipation & Follow-Through: Proper build-up before actions and natural momentum. Object/Environment Interaction: The character should realistically interact with the object and surroundings. Expressiveness & Style: Feel free to add creative touches to enhance the appeal. Ideal Candidate: ✔ Experienced in 2D/3D character animation ✔ Strong understanding of animation principles (anticipation, squash & stretch, etc.) ✔ Ability to enhance existing animations without losing consistency ✔ Creative mindset for making the animation "cool" and engaging If you're interested, please share your portfolio/demo reel showcasing similar work.
