I'm looking for a playful and whimsical logo for my salon business, "Caffeine and Color Company" or "Caffeine and Color Co". The salon focuses on color services like vivids and blonding while providing coffee to clients as an added amenity.

Key Requirements:
- The logo should primarily identify as a salon rather than a coffee shop. While elements that hint at the coffee aspect can be included, they should not overshadow the salon elements.
- The logo needs to incorporate the use of scissors and color brushes, as these are key identifiers for the salon.
- The primary color palette is pastels: Pastel Pink (#FFD1DC), Pastel Purple (#D7BDE2), and Pastel Teal (#AEEEEE). The background should be light, with the logo being colorful and eye-catching.
