Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Trainer with expertise in Genesys Cloud CX to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging and comprehensive training programs to students, professionals, and corporate teams, enabling them to master Genesys Cloud CX functionalities and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training sessions on Genesys Cloud CX, including architecture, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
Create and update training materials, user guides, and documentation.
Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide feedback to participants.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Genesys Cloud CX to ensure training relevance.
Support individuals and organizations in applying Genesys Cloud CX solutions to their business needs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Genesys Trainer or hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, workflows, and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit different audiences (students, professionals, corporate teams).
Certification in Genesys Cloud CX (preferred).
