I'm seeking a proactive and competent virtual assistant to help with a project on a site. Your tasks will primarily revolve around daily assigned work which includes updating articles, working on event registrations, and calling attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating Articles: You will be responsible for keeping the project's articles up-to-date and entering them into the site.
- Event Registrations: You'll assist with registering for various events.
- Communication: You will need to call some event attendees, so a clear and professional phone manner is essential.
- Administrative Tasks: General administrative work as required.
- Content Management: Proficiency in managing and updating project content is crucial.
- Follow-Ups: Communication and follow-ups with event attendees and team members.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong Written Communication: You must be able to communicate effectively in written English.
-Experience with Event Registration: Previous experience in registering for events is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems: You should be comfortable and experienced with working on various content management systems.
Requirements:
- Good Spoken English: You need to be able to speak good English for calling attendees and jumping on Zoom calls.
- Availability for Zoom Calls: You should be able to jump on Zoom calls to discuss work and workflows.
