IT Support System
For two large companies in the shipping and construction sectors, I designed a custom IT support ticketing system. Utilizing PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and Power BI, the solution tracks IT support requests and generates KPI reports for performance monitoring.
Seat Reservation Platform
I built a seat reservation system for an office shared by three companies with 150+ employees. This solution, using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint, tracks seat usage, identifies peak office days, and provides space utilization reports to help with cost-sharing among the companies.
Onboarding App for HR and IT Teams
The app tracks the onboarding progress of new hires, including equipment allocation, HR tasks, documents, and training. The solution integrates PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and SharePoint for data storage and app functionality, with Power BI used for analytics and reporting.
Internal Social Media
Using SharePoint, Plumsail, jQuery, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate, I created an internal social media platform with employee profiles and an organizational chart. Features include customizable profiles (job experience, current role, hobbies), photo uploads, and social interactions (likes and comments).
