Excel VBA Code to Convert Lat Lon to UTM

I need a programmer to use VBA programming to convert Latitude and Longitudes to UTM coordinates located in columns in Excel. These coordinates will then be used to insert Oil and Gas well symbols into a basemap in Autocad Map 3D. This programming is not needed in this project but rather to understand the end result. I will upload a workbook containing the spreadsheet I need converted. The Tab XYZ contains the Latitude and Longitude in Columns B and C and the UTMEasting and UTMNorthing will be in Columns D and E. A Unique Well Identifier (UWI) is in Column A and a Code to post the Oil and Gas Symbol is in Column F. This format will be consistent in all future workbooks. I tried Code from the Internet that gave an accurate UtmEasting to within a meter but the UTMNorthing was off by at least several hundred meters. Other code I could not get to run without errors. The end result needs to be as accurate as possible. The code needs to also be contained in modules in my [login to view URL] folder so that is runs in any future workbooks and may need to trouble shoot to get the modules to run correctly. Skills Required: Skills will be high quality programming in Excel VBA. GIS experience is also a high priority to understand complex equations needed to obtain accuracy in the conversion as simple formulas do not work accurately. Autocad experience is a plus but not required to understand map datum and coordinate systems. Budget Range: High quality results require highly experienced programmers which is the number one priority, so I have no specific budget. I am willing to compensate the right programmer fairly to obtain this priority so that future work would be probable. Deadline/Timeframes: I would like to start as soon as practical so that the result could be used in the project currently under way. There is no deadline but whatever is required to obtain the objectives.
