Simple and Small Alarm System

This project is about a small alarm system with cheap and common electronic parts. Main idea is to be used at a small house, garaz, basement. To complete this project i will only need the schematic, parts list and one side pcb layout . Must be tested working. The alarm must have four zones(all n.c). One zone must be with entry/exit delay which can be ajusted from about 10 to 60 seconds with trimmer. Zone 2 and 3 must be instant and zone 4 tamper (24hour working)For each zone will be needed led indicator if open zone or closed. At entry/exit delay buzzer must [login to view URL] will be done with key switch and when armed red led must be on. When disarmed green led must be on. For siren to sound must have two relay outputs. One for 12 volt indoor siren about 500ma and one second 12 volt relay output for outdoor siren control. To make it more simple the input volts for this alarm panel must be 14volt and this will be the outdoor siren Vin. I have also attached the photo for the pcb must look like and the terminals i would like to have on it for cable connections. As i mentioned above the project must be with simple components and pcb can be max 10X10 cm Thanks George
