Convert a PDF TITLE block into Layout (sketch up) and Autocad at (A3,A2,A1 drawing sheets mm)

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a PDF title block into both SketchUp layout and AutoCAD format. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in both SketchUp and AutoCAD software.
Specific details and elements should be included in the title block, which will be provided by me.
Only one title block needs to be converted. The layout should be in A3, A2, and A1 drawing sheets in millimeters.

The title blocks created in autocad and sketch up are to be able to be edited,using best industry practice.
All fonts,colours,sizes etc is to reflect the supplied pdf.
All work carried out is to remain confidential and any files supplied by me is to be confidential.
In turn drawing files eg autocad files and sketch up layouts are to be provided in ediatable formates eg A3 layouts,A2 layouts,A1 Layouts in portrait and landscape.
