We require between 5 and 10 staff (Techs hereafter) to submit weekly time sheets and ideally would like to use Google Docs (but we are also open to suggestions) for these reasons: • Easy for Techs who work remotely to access • We can design excel template for the timesheets which can then easily be cut and pasted into Xero (our accounting package which also does our payroll). • The documents are live However, we are unsure as to whether Google Docs will allow us to do the following: • Have 1 x Google Doc with individual tabs which can be quarantined/separated so that Techs can only view their own (and not other Techs) time sheets/tabs? • Allow 2 x payroll staff working at separate locations to edit the time sheets (individual tabs?) submitted by Techs and a...
