I am looking for a talented designer to create a realistic 3D layout for Office Room 113, which measures 11 ft x 12 ft. The goal is to design a modern, functional, and appealing office space that will attract potential renters.

Height: 119 inches (almost 10 ft)
Baseboard height: 4.5 inches
Flooring:
The current carpet tiles must remain unchanged (images of the carpet are attached).
Design Style:
Modern and professional
Welcoming and functional for an office environment
Features to Include:
A sleek desk with an ergonomic chair
Additional seating (e.g., a small sofa or chairs with a side table)
Optional shelving or storage units
Decorative elements like plants, wall art, or lighting to enhance the space
