As a young business development executive, I describe myself to be well suited into my role. I found myself to be quite persuasive when it comes to B2B sales. As I’ve had one years experience, working for an Australian company in recruitment. I found my strengths in self motivation and communication amongst stakeholders. As I started out as an intern, which then I exceeded my targets With smashing results, I was then promoted as a team lead undertaking six members with responsibilities of training and managing to achieve company set goals.
