Expert Travel Planner needed to plan long-term travel for me

I’m planning to travel away from home for a while as an expatriate. I’m originally from Caracas, Venezuela but I want to experience cultures outside I’m interested in places such as Indonesia, Thailand, Iceland, Costa Rica etc…. Basically anywhere there’s a new culture. However, I know that booking a “vacation” to somewhere like Bali can be extremely pricey but it doesn’t have to be. In fact, I know there are people who are able to live in these types of places with beautiful accommodations for relatively cheap with the proper planning. That is what I’m looking for. Affordable stays while not sacrificing the beauty of the experience. Please submit some examples of trips along with approximate pricing that you’ve planned in the past that are similar (or as similar as possible) to what I’m looking for. Thank you! :)
