About CodeComply: CodeComply is a web-based application that empowers users to conduct property inspections in line with the Australian Standards and Tolerances. It is designed for homeowners, conveyancers, solicitors, real estate agents, and other professionals. We now want to ensure that our platform delivers an optimal user experience across all devices, including phones and tablets. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking usability testers who: 1. Own a smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android). 2. Are comfortable participating in Zoom meetings. 3. Have no prior experience with CodeComply—we value fresh perspectives. 4. Are available for 45-minute sessions. Responsibilities of Testers: • Navigate the CodeComply platform as instructed. • Perform specific tasks related to property inspections. • Provide honest feedback on ease of use, layout, functionality, and overall experience. • Share thoughts aloud while interacting with the platform to help us identify pain points and areas for improvement. Compensation: Testers will be compensated at an agreed hourly rate for their time. Payment will cover the 45-minute testing session and any additional time required for feedback. Testing Process: 1. Setup: Testers will receive an email with instructions, a Zoom link, and login credentials (if necessary). 2. Session: During the Zoom call, testers will share their screen and narrate their experience while performing assigned tasks. 3. Feedback: After the session, testers will complete a short feedback form summarizing their thoughts.
