Need Help With Magento

I recently had someone install the Magento "Modern Theme" on my site, I am new to Magento and I am not sure where i can change certain things. I need someone who knows about magento and has worked with the "Modern Theme", which magento provides for free, to show me how to do certain things. I need to know how to: * Change the images on my home page and add a link on them (see image) * I need to know how to change/customize the left side bar on the catalog page. (see Image) * Show me where i can change the color of my navigation bar. (see image) * How to change and include links to images on my Check Out Page (see image) * Show me where to chage the color of the checkout buttons on the Check Out page (see image) * How to change the image logo. * Need to know where to change/add keywords, site info, and other information for SEO puposes. If you take on this project you must provide step-by-step instructions for these as well as screen shots. I will give you access to my FTP account so you can see the code for the theme and change what you have to.
