Freelancer Brief Title: Custom Ranch-Style Transitional Luxury Home Design Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced architectural designer to create conceptual renderings and floor plans for a custom, single-story luxury ranch-style home. The home will feature a Transitional architectural style typical of South Florida luxury coastal homes. Project Scope: 1) Floor Plans: Design multiple layout options for a 5,200 sq. ft. home under air, (with an additional Mother-In-Law / Cabana Suite (about 2100 sq ft more) including: 5 bedrooms (each with an en-suite bath). 2.5 additional bathrooms (pool, office, and 1/2 bath). Master suite with spa-like bathroom, double showers, and walk-in closets. Separate mother-in-law/cabana suite with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Grand Chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, a butler’s pantry, and a wine cellar. Living areas: Grandiose office, movie room, game room, exercise room, formal dining, and bar. A full restroom with shower adjacent to the office and another full bathroom adjacent to pool. Oversized laundry with mudroom space, ample storage, and room for an extra freezer. 2) 3D Renderings: Conceptual images of the home’s exterior, backyard oasis with pool, and key interior spaces. Renderings should reflect the Transitional Custom Home style typical of South Florida luxury coastal homes, emphasizing: Clean lines with a blend of modern and classic design elements. Bright, airy spaces with a neutral color palette and coastal influences. Deliverables: PDF files of floor plans. 3D renderings showcasing the exterior, backyard, and selected interior spaces. Design Elements: High ceilings, large windows, and an open-concept layout. Outdoor kitchen and covered patio area. Energy-efficient features. Transitional style typical of South Florida luxury coastal homes in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Qualifications: Portfolio of completed custom home designs.
