3D Renderings for Upscale Grocery Store

Objective The goal of this proposal is to provide 3D rendering services to assist in visualizing and developing the design concept for your fine wine shop and specialty grocery store. The 3D renderings will be used as a tool to refine and enhance the store’s layout, highlight key design features, and facilitate decision-making as you move through the planning and construction phases of the project. Scope of Work This project will include the creation of highly detailed 3D renderings of your store, based on the existing blueprints and measurements. The renderings will showcase various elements of the store, helping you to better understand the spatial layout and design aesthetics. The key components that will be highlighted in the renderings include: Overall Store Layout (1200 Square Feet) A comprehensive rendering that showcases the entire retail space, ensuring that the flow of traffic, product placement, and customer experience is optimized. High-End Shelving and Displays Visual representations of premium wine shelving and specialty grocery displays. These will include both functional and aesthetic elements, reflecting the upscale nature of your store. Gourmet Sandwich Shop (Back of the Store) Detailed renderings of the gourmet sandwich shop area, highlighting the counter design, menu, and integration into the store. This will be take out with no seating. We'd like to see an awning on the back wall and also include it being tiled. Beer Cave (Walk-In Cooler) A rendering of the walk-in cooler (beer cave) area, designed to allow customers to enter and browse the coolers in a comfortable, user-friendly space. The visualization will show how the cooler integrates with the rest of the store and how it can be best utilized for product display. We'd also like to have some kind of stone or tile around the beer cave. Lighting and Ambiance A focus on lighting design and how it enhances the store’s aesthetic, focusing on different areas (wine displays, sandwich counter, cooler, etc.). The rendering will help explore lighting strategies that highlight premium products and create a cozy, upscale ambiance. The ceiling is an open ceiling, with a long duct trunk going across the entire store. We'd like to paint the ceiling, opening up the store. Materials and Finishes Visuals that demonstrate the materials, finishes, and color schemes to be used throughout the store, ensuring consistency in design while reflecting the high-end nature of the store’s offerings. Also would like to see where additional things can go, like any other kind of tables and displays. Customer Flow and Experience An overview of customer flow throughout the store, ensuring ease of movement, product accessibility, and an enjoyable shopping experience. The renderings will help assess space utilization and optimize store layout. Deliverables High-Resolution 3D Renderings: Photorealistic images of the store from multiple angles, including top-down, front-facing, and interior perspectives. Store Layouts: Detailed floor plans showing the proposed shelving, sandwich shop, beer cave, and other key features, helping visualize product placement and customer traffic. 3D Walkthrough: An immersive, virtual walkthrough of the store to provide a real-time experience of how the space will look and feel. Notes: Awning: There are examples of an awning we want on the back wall of the store which is above our windows where the sandwich shop is going to be. Floor tile: floor texture is concrete color gray which is the style 24x48 porcelain tile Tile inspo pictures: There are inspiration pictures of tile that would go on either the back, around the cooler doors, and around the beer cave. I'd like to see some examples of what you would do. Views: I'd like to see 4-6 views- wine shelving and beer cave area against the wall, cooler door area, service counter area, deli area, and middle isle area.
