WooCommerce Store Finalization and Payment Integration

Hello,
I'm setting up a WooCommerce store and need an expert in ecommerce and payment gateways to help me get things right. Website is almost ready. Only some changes need to me made. You can see them below:
-Login/Register Form Translation to Romanian (now is only in English)
-Custom Email (I will provide the text) EN+RO for client registration. Add website logo in email (I can provide it).
-Custom Email (I will provide the text) EN+RO welcome after confirmation. Add website logo in email (I can provide it).
-Change the email title from WordPress to [login to view URL] (currently it shows "Iona" when you receive an email after placing an order).
-Add logo in the order confirmation email and in other emails that provide order updates.
-Add EN/RO language switcher button in the main menu (header).
-Set up payment with Stripe + Google Pay and Apple Pay.
-For Google Pay and Apple Pay, select only the following countries for the shipping address (only countries where sales are made need to be mentioned): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
-Change currency symbol and prices according to language (EN-EUR/RO-RON).
-Shipping methods and fees:
o Courier – standard fee for Romania (25RON)
o Different rate for other countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).- 15 EUR
-Delivery:
1. Free shipping in Romania for orders over 280 RON.
2. Free shipping to other countries for orders over 300 EUR.
3. For the following countries, payment can only be made by card/Google Pay/Apple Pay: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Cash on delivery is not available.
-Cash on delivery, as well as payment via card/Stripe/Google Pay/Apple Pay, is available only for Romania.
-Set additional fees to be added to shipping costs, which can be added separately to each product (for certain fragile or large items).
Fragile: 40 EUR extra
Oversized: 40 EUR extra
-Translation of SIZE (product dimensions) to Romanian as 'Mărime' (I will show you where it appears).
