Se requiere soporte técnico para un e-commerce existente. El site esta desarrollado en Wordpress, por lo que los interesados deben manejar de forma clara la herramienta. Y dar una garantía mínima de 45 días sobre el trabajo realizado. El cual, requiere las siguientes acciones de soporte. Los servicios requeridos son: REVISIÓN Y ACTUALIZACIÓN Actualmente existe duplicidad de imágenes, lo que genera un consumo de espacio excesivo. Se debe buscar el problema y corregirlo. Actualizar los pluggin y versiones de PHP de forma que sigan trabajando sin inconvenientes. Realizar actualización de Wordpress y asegurarse que no existen en el uso y funcionamiento de la plataforma. Actualización y mantenimiento del woocommerce. asegurarse que no existen en el uso y funcionamiento de la plataforma CORRECCIONES Verificar y corregir los enlaces de categorías Revisión y mantenimiento del menú y toolbar. Deben operar de forma correcta segúndo la estructura existente. Levantar reporte de licencias, fechas de caducidad CONDICIONES Se espera los puntos antes mencionado sean resueltos en 10 horas de trabajo El monto del servicio es de $375.00 USD Se pagará el 75% al momento de concluir. Una vez vencida la garantía de los 45 días se concluye con el 25% restante. NOTA: Si el servicio es el esperado se negociará una plan de mantenimiento mensual.
