We are looking to create a web- portal where a client can log in and see the specific status construction jobs are in, the schedules, photos taken, and the internal & external communications that are being recorded in JobNimbus. There will be very limited data a customer will need to edit, but more simply the ability to approve jobs and send add notes as needed. We will provide a very detailed 2-3 page mockup to show the data, structure& branding of our needs, but request the developers verify the data needed to complete the Customer Portal is avail through the JobNimbus API and/or whatever means the developer sees fit. I am seeking an experienced developer for a comprehensive integration utilizing JobNimbus' API. The goal is a complete and faultless synergy between our current system and JobNimbus. Here are the specifics: - Contact Synchronization: I require bi-directional contact synchronization. This means contact data should flow from JobNimbus to our system and vice versa seamlessly. - Task Management: Tasks created in JobNimbus need to reflect across our system and be updated in real-time. - File Attachments: Any files attached on the JobNimbus platform should be visible and editable in our system. - Customer Communications: All communications pertaining to a contact, recorded in JobNimbus should be available in our system as a part of the contact's data. Regarding the authentication of the JobNimbus API integration, please note that we're using the API Key method. The ideal freelancer for this project should have proven experience with API integrations, specifically with JobNimbus, and should be capable of performing extensive testing to prevent any data loss or discrepancies. Exceptional attention to detail, independence, and excellent time management are required.
