JPEG Image Edits for Camp Sign

I need a freelancer to help me edit a JPEG image I created in Chat GPT. The image is for a sign at a Boy Scout Camp.
Specific Tasks:
- Update both dates and numbers on the image.
- Add some new text to the image.
