High-Volume Streetwear Ad Creative Designer Needed

Graphic Designer / Ad Creative Specialist (Streetwear/Fashion) - High Volume Company: We are a fast growing marketing agency specializing in clothing brands and e-commerce. Our clients range from streetwear labels and some of the largest artists in the world right now, and we pride ourselves on eye-catching, modern ad creatives. Role Summary: We are looking for skilled designers who can produce high-quality ad creatives (Static images and/or short-GIF style motion) on a weekly basis. You'll be responsible for creating graphics similar to samples given upon contact. Expect to produce 50+ ad creatives per week across multiple clients, all while maintaining their brand consistency and fresh visual styles. Responsibilities Include: - Design compelling social media ads, product highlights, and promotional graphics for clothing brands - Incorporate brand elements (logos, colors, typography) and product typography to match the brands aesthetic - Adapt creatives to various aspect ratios (1x1, 4x5, 9x16) where needed. - Work under a set weekly quota (eg. 50+ designs) and deliver on schedule. - Rapidly integrate feedback and revisions to finalize creatives efficiently - Collaborate with our marketing team for new campaign directors, promotional text, and calls-to-action Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in graphic design or ad creative production (agency/freelance experience a plus) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software (Bonus if you handle basic motion in After Effects or Premiere for short GIF-style ads) - Demonstrated ability to match or improve upon the style in our samples (streetwear look, layered collage style, stylized text, etc.) - Strong time management skills; proven record of high-volume output. - Basic understanding of marketing best practices (placement of discount text, CTA, brand identity) - Portfolio or sample images demonstrating relevant experience (especially clothing-focused ads) What we Offer: - Competitive per-ad or per-batch compensation with potential for bonuses if you exceed the quota - Long-term collaboration (our client roster is expanding, meaning stable, recurring work) - Flexible schedule: as long as deliverables are met, we encourage independence - Room for growth: possibility to lead junior designers if you consistently perform - Opportunity to work with some of the biggest artists and clothing brands in the world Application Requirements: 1. Quick Design Sample: We may ask shortlisted candidates to produce 1-2 sample slides or a mock ad referencing our style. 3. Availability & Rate. Let us know how many designs you can produce weekly and your per-design or weekly retainer rates. 4. Preferred Software: Indicate if you use Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. 5. If chosen, you will undergo a trial period of designing creatives, if we happen to like your creatives and they are used then payment will be sent.
