Role Overview:
As our Business Development Partner, you’ll work independently to build and nurture relationships with potential clients, primarily sports and motorsport companies. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial, relationship-focused individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and values flexibility.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach new business opportunities in the sports and motorsport sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and promote our recruitment services, understanding clients’ hiring needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
• Negotiate terms of business with prospective clients.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Additional Details:
This is a commission-only role for a self-employed individual. You are responsible for managing your own tax, insurance, and other statutory obligations. This position does not come with a base salary or employee benefits; you will retain all earned commission after deducting agreed-upon business expenses.
Note: Applicants must be self-employed or willing to work on a freelance basis to be eligible for this role.
