Modern House Design & 3D Visualization

I'm looking for an experienced architect and 3D designer proficient in modern architecture to formulate an exquisite house design. With a preference for neutral colors, you'll be working with a contemporary canvas to execute my vision of a panoramic home.
The house is situated at the rear of a battle axe block and the 2 car garage/carport will be separated from the house, and situated in the “handle” of the battle axe.
The design must be flat roofed, and elevation must be no more than 3m high.
The design needs to be 3 or preferably 4 bedroom, and be one level. No less than 280 sqm. The master needs to be separate from the other bedrooms. The kitchen dining needs to be open plan and all rooms require an expansive use of glass at the rear to take in water views to the east.
Of importance is the facade at the front, and I would like to incorporate sandstone and vertical painted weather boards in a “Hampton style as option 1, and option 3 a more modern facade incorporating concrete accents.
All rooms will face outward to the east at rear of block, so careful attention should be given to the front as I envision and hallway running the length of the building at the front where room access is to bedrooms with glass facing the rear.
At the rear of the swelling I want to incorporate a slim horizon pool of no less than 9m and no more than 2 m wide.
The connection between the garage at the front access could be connected by a covered walkway or gazebo type structure that could have plants (wysteria for example) trained over it.

1. Architecture and House Design
- Must have proficiency in modern house designs.
- Must be able to incorporate neutral colors into the design.
2. 3D Facade Design & Rendering
- Exquisite and high-quality 3D design and rendering skills are required.
- The ability to present the house in a visually engaging manner is vital.
- Although certain elements were unspecified to highlight, a comprehensive representation of the overall facade is imperative.
3. Walkthrough
- Experience in creating 3D walkthroughs is necessary to provide a realistic experience of moving through the premises.
