I'm looking for a sleek, modern logo for my acquisitions business, Acquisition Spotter. We specialize in buying and selling online businesses.

Key Elements:
- The logo should incorporate a compass and a magnifying glass, with the circle glass being the center of the compass. The handle seperating the words Acquisition Spotters
- The color scheme should be neutral tones, such as grays and browns. Some color to "pop" is okay. Would also like to see a gold tone
- The overall message of the logo should convey innovation and forward-thinking.

- Proven graphic design experience, particularly in logo design.
