I'm in need of a skilled video creator who can produce a cartoon-style animated video for me. The video should include all necessary graphics and a friendly voice-over with either an Australian or English accent.

- Script: I have a suggested script that may need adjustments to align with the video design.
- Purpose: The main aim of the video is to promote a service while also explaining how it works.
- Animation: Ideally, the video will be in a cartoon animation style. However, I'm open to suggestions, including a one-page whiteboard story type video or other alternatives.

I include a picture of a character who is already in our marketing material. Not sure if he should star in the video.

Ideal candidates should be proficient in animation, video editing, and sound engineering, with experience in creating promotional videos. A portfolio of previous work featuring cartoon-style animations and friendly voice-overs will be highly regarded.

#extended . Can you please extend the deadline so we can work on it? because 14 scenes animation need a relatively long amount of time to be achieved and with a satisfying result.
