I'm a business and management student, and my main skills are listening, organization and rigor. I'm major of promotion, and it's a pleasure for me to transfer my knowledge and my skills to other people. Learning new things by working in different fields is also an opportunity for me to improve both personally and professionally. I also have sales skills, since I have the theoretical side I acquired during my studies as well as the practical side I learned in the internships I did; my main missions were advising customers, presenting products, taking part in sales talks with customers in B to B or B to C, negotiating, developing sales pitches, carrying out market research to identify consumer needs and respond to them perfectly, and working on business plans. I've also worked in education with my school who hired me to tutor students, this experience helped me learn to listen actively, to simplify complex concepts to facilitate the listener's understanding and also to organize my time. I also completed an Excel training course on the excel heroes platform, which enabled me to acquire and develop my Excel skills. I worked in a consulting firm too where I contributed to the analysis and processing of study results in order to study the feasibility of a project. I'm interested in working in the field of marketing, communication and sales as they are related to my field of study and could enable me to improve both personally and professionally and data entry in Word or Excel. I'm also interested in giving lessons, whether in the field of my studies or language courses, as I'm trilingual (Arabic, French and English).
