Joomla to Wordpress Site Transfer / Site Enhancement

My currently website is using Joomla 1.5. Instead of updating the Joomla install I wanted to moved into Wordpress.
I would like to get an idea of the difficulties and impact on this transfer.
I am looking to launch this project toward early next week. Currently the site is hosted on Siteground.
My site content:
- 8 page site x 2 (English and Chinese)
- job listing database
- 2 languages (2 Joomla install)
- mobile friendly
