Education: 12th pass or higher 3. Residence: Resident of the rural area where they will be working How to Become a Bima Sakhi 1. Contact LIC: Contact the nearest LIC office or branch. 2. Application Form: Fill out the application form and submit it with the required documents. 3. Interview: Attend an interview with the LIC Branch Officials. 4. Training: Complete the training program provided by LIC. 5. Stipend: Total of ₹216000 in three years with attractive commission, gratuity, office allowance & other perquisites. ₹84000 -First Year, ₹72000-Second Year, ₹60000-Third Year.
