     First you need to know what copy is : other company's own icon symbol is a copy when you use own design is called copy.
     1.For work purposes, the same font can be used in different company logos, this is not called copying.
     Eg: Nexabold is used in many logos but this is not a copy.
     2.If you use red color in every logo, it cannot be called color copy.
     3.You can use an image of a city in the logo but it cannot be called a copy.
     4. You can use a phone icon on a business card, this is not a copy.
     5. You can use different spalash colors in a design this is not a copy.
     A copy must be a distinctive mark.i hope you understand.
