Current Role and Goals I am currently a university professor and a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at UNICAMP. In parallel, I am seeking remote software development opportunities to reconnect with the market. About Me I am a dedicated professional, passionate husband, and proud father. Project Management Experience I have solid experience in project management best practices (PMI, SCRUM), having worked at PwC, Itaú-Unibanco, and Studio Visual. PwC (Carrefour): As part of a PMO, we identified an average 20% delay across 14 projects, enabling corrective measures. Itaú-Unibanco: On the Governance team, I helped reduce project delays by around 30% to 35% through weekly follow-ups and daily metric monitoring. Studio Visual: By implementing daily API checks, I eliminated nearly 100% of error-related support tickets. Transition to Education In 2018, I moved into education, motivated by commuting constraints and seeking a better quality of life. Surprisingly, I discovered my calling as a teacher and researcher, even serving as an honored faculty speaker (paraninfo) for two university classes. Education and Projects I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and have taught programming (in English) at the elementary level, as well as maker culture and robotics.
