Bachelor in Information Systems from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC MG) and data analyst with almost 4 years of experience. I am currently specializing in Data Science and Data Visualization. I'm a professional extremely dedicated to delivering the best for customers, through analysis that is efficient and brings insights that generate impact for the business. I have worked on projects in which I was responsible for shaping the data area in the organization, mapping processes and establishing a data-driven culture through the preparation of dashboards and reports in Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud that helped the various areas of the organization. In addition, I have experience with CRM and Marketing Analytics, where I worked in projects of segmentation, RFM, profile studies, repurchase matrices, among others, involving Python, SQL and Tableau. Recently, I was part of an international project, where I worked for a large global food and beverage company and was responsible for data visualization projects. I ran dashboards and reports in Tableau that generated insights for customer segmentation, retail, sales, and other segments of the organization. I also worked on a major project for a financial and insurance organization, where I was responsible for preparing and modeling data in SQL, in addition to conducting analytical studies that help decision-making with the help of other tools such as Python and Excel. I'm currently working on a big international project for a company in the transport sector, where I'm conducting advanced analytical studies and building dashboards on Power BI that empower decision-making.
