Real Estate Photography Needed in Columbus, OH

I'm seeking an amateur or professional photographer in the Columbus, Ohio area for a real estate appraisal company. Your task will be to take basic, 'as-is' photographs of a small industrial building. There will be no staging or rearranging of contents, and you will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. Requirements: - Must be detailed oriented and observant - Punctuality is crucial; you must be able to meet at the site at 9am on December 13 - Availability this week is a must - You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking - You will also fill out a questionnaire on the appearance and features of the property - The entire process will take approximately 60 minutes - Must be a local resident of Columbus, OH. You will need: - A current smartphone; the cell's camera will be sufficient - Basic photography skills Please note: More opportunities will be available if this project goes well. The photographs will be used primarily for appraisal documentation. The photographer will have full access to the entire building. Photos and questionnaire to be delivered the same day. Deliver photos and questionnaire within 24 hours after the site visit. There will be no post-processing of photographs required for this project.
