Video Conversion

I have two RAW H.264 Stream video files that need to be reencoded to a more universal format. This is a simple job for an experienced person, but have not been able to do it using SUPER or MediaCoder. Maybe I just have some settings wrong. I know the video is ok because I have a viewer that I can watch it with. Each file is 180MB. IF you want to talk me through doing it myself with one of these transcoders that's fine, or I will send you the files, but please have an active FTP server so I can send easily. I expect this to be on the low end of the budget selected. This should be simple for someone who knows what they're doing.
