Estoy abierto a recibir propuestas para dos opciones de implementación, dependiendo de su factibilidad y costo: 1) Dependencia de servicios externos confiables (Creo que esta seria la opción más rápida y económica). 2) Reducción al mínimo de la dependencia externa, con un sistema autónomo basado en hardware local (IA procesada en GPU). Me interesa recibir sugerencias detalladas sobre ambas opciones para tomar una decisión informada. Requisitos del Proyecto: Funcionalidades Principales: A- Interacción a través de WhatsApp: Respuestas automáticas personalizables. Manejo de preguntas frecuentes y seguimiento de solicitudes. Redirección de casos complejos a agentes humanos. B- Atención mediante Llamadas Telefónicas: Implementación de agentes virtuales para realizar y recibir llamadas con respuestas naturales y adaptables. C- Modelos de Cobro Personalizables: Configuración para cobrar según el uso (mensajes procesados o intentos de llamadas). Opción de suscripciones mensuales/anuales para clientes con planes ilimitados de llamadas. Opciones de Implementación Solicitadas: Opción 1: Uso de Servicios Externos (Solución Rápida y Flexible): Integración con APIs populares como por ejemplo Twilio o Vonage para gestionar WhatsApp y llamadas telefónicas, o las que como experto pueda sugerir. Uso de servicios en la nube para procesamiento de IA, manteniendo un balance entre costo y eficiencia. Incorporación de herramientas externas para el entrenamiento y la gestión de agentes virtuales. Opción 2: Sistema Autónomo con IA Local (Minimización de Servicios Externos): Diseño de un sistema que ejecute la inteligencia artificial de manera local, utilizando hardware dedicado como rigs de GPU. Configuración para el entrenamiento, almacenamiento y operación de los modelos de IA en un entorno controlado. Asesoría en la selección y configuración del hardware necesario para optimizar la autonomía del sistema.
