I am a real estate agent seeking a real estate assistant who wants to build a long-lasting business relationship. My assistant must be highly proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to clearly follow instructions, and learn quickly. I need someone who goes above and beyond and brings their own ideas to the table to improve business systems. Training will be provided. You will be working directly with my Executive Assistant. JOB DETAILS: - This is a full-time position. - Real estate experience is a MUST-HAVE. - Work hours are Wednesday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 8 PM US CST with a 30-min break, and 8 AM - 8 PM US CST on weekends with a 1-hour break. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Daily deal report sent to our clients - Search MLS for investment opportunities - Analyze deals using different rental strategies (LTR, RBTR, MTR, STR) - Run CMAs - Analyze off-market deals - Real estate-related research - Analyze expected appreciation of a particular market - Complete various administrative projects - Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, text - Help establish rock-solid processes and standard operating procedures - Conduct real estate-related research and compile data to prepare reports and documents for review - Social media management - Draft contracts - Basic graphic design using Canva, experience in Photoshop is a PLUS! REQUIREMENTS: - At least 2 years of real estate experience - Fluent in English both written and verbal COMPENSATION: Negotiable salary depending on skills and experience. HOW TO APPLY: 1.
