The objective of this project is to rapidly develop a secure, mobile-friendly backend system for a B2B online shop within two weeks. The system will manage products, orders, customer interactions, and comply with German electronic invoicing standards (XRechnung and ZUGFeRD). To ensure performance and security, all third-party scripts and data will be stored directly on the server.
Developers must have substantial experience in backend development focused on security, efficiency, mobile compatibility, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Key Requirements & Features:
Product Management:
-Full control over product lifecycle management: adding, updating, activating/deactivating products.
-Efficient category management for optimal user navigation.
User & Customer Management:
-Secure login with differentiated role assignments for admins and customers.
-Advanced registration processes with validation checks.
Order & Checkout Process:
-Real-time order processing with capabilities for digital signatures upon delivery confirmation.
-Employees will only have access to the delivery note during the delivery process, ensuring customer details remain secure, and they will require a digital signature from the customer upon delivery confirmation.
Invoicing & Payment Management:
-Automated generation of compliant invoices in both XRechnung XML and ZUGFeRD PDF/A-3 formats.
-Support for diverse payment methodologies based on customized business terms.
Statistics & Reporting:
-Real-time analytics on stock levels, sales performance, customer activity, etc.
Security & Data Protection:
-SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and adherence to GDPR guidelines for secure data transactions.
Mobile-Friendly Design:
-Ensures smooth functionality and accessibility on smartphones and tablets.
Additional Features:
-Multi-lingual and multi-currency functionalities to accommodate a global market.
-Embedded APIs for seamless integration with existing systems, without relying on external links.
