We are looking for a developer to build a professional, functional WordPress website for my company hosted on Bluehost. The primary purpose of the site is to serve as a client portal where clients and admins can log in to access specific files, manage accounts, and control permissions. The website needs to be built using WordPress for easy management and scalability.
Key Features and Requirements:
1. User Roles and Permissions:
Admin Role:
Ability to create, edit, and delete client accounts.
Control file access permissions for each client.
Manage files, folders, and access settings through an intuitive admin dashboard.
Client Role (Subscribers):
Each client should only see and download the files that have been specifically assigned to their account.
View and download files assigned to them.
Files should be grouped by projects (e.g., "Project A," "Project B").
Clients should only see the files and projects assigned to their account.
2. Login System:
A login page for both admins and clients to access their respective dashboards.
Redirect admins and clients to their appropriate dashboards based on their roles.
3. File Management System:

Each client should only see the files they have been granted access to.

A simple and intuitive client dashboard where clients:
See a list of their assigned projects.

Admin Dashboard Page: Accessible only by admins for managing accounts and files.
