Update Older Flash Website into a Packaged Template

We have an existing website that was built back in 2001. The site desperately needs to be fully cleaned up; animations and AS2 should be updated to the current version of Flash. The PSD files (that we have) need to be labeled and layered, and the entire site needs to be packaged up so that it could be sold to buyers as something of a template.
I'm looking for ongoing candidates with STRONG Flash experience, as most of my old work is Flash Based and just needs some love. I don't want a lot of modifications, but I do need to take out any proprietary images and replace those with something more generic in nature.
You MUST be skilled at using a DVCS such as GIT. We actually use Stash here in our offices and I would expect you to be familiar with doing routine frequent updates to stash showing your work progress and putting the entire project together in VERY short order. I have tight deadlines, and I don't have the time to teach people how to properly use a system such as GIT. If you think this means sending an update 1 time per day; then you need to search for another project.
This really is very straightforward, but you will need to make some decisions along the way and should not only understand good Flash, but good design. The company that takes on this project is expected to be able to have a good range of skills and if you do well on this project, we'll have several more to follow.
I have had poor results thus far finding experts (or even getting them to read this project detail). Please make sure you do so. Do not just "autobid". This project requires an NDA and you will be interviewed. Don't send me links to a wordpress example, show off your skills in Flash!!! Also, you will need to take relevant content and update it in AS2.
