I've been teaching for a couple years now, and I can definitely say how music can bring many benefits to our lives (reducing stress, enhancing our brain's functions, promoting a better emotional health and more). My approach involves the use of the body as our first instrument. We normally warm up and stretch during the first and last minutes of my sessions.
