Our website: [login to view URL] It's a growing business that is starting to get more popular. We have now managed to secure a cooperation with some local businesses to display our banner by the entrance to their customers who might be interested in accommodation in shanghai. The requirements: *High quality graphic design as the banner will be big. *A competent designer who will make small edits in the future even after the project has been closed (this will be rare and very minimal) *The .psd files or Illustrator files so I can make text edits (when contact information changes for example) *Fit the theme of our website. Colour schemes etc. *Contact information clearly displayed (Mail, phone, website and big WeChat QR code displayed so prospective customers can scan and add us quickly. *Logo featured *Our Slogan - Run by Expats for Expats - Your Agent in Shanghai ----------> Maybe the German translation below it in smaller font (appeals to our german customers more) ----------> "Ihr Immobilien Makler in Shanghai" *Some pictures of our apartments (probably only 3 - I can select which ones later) Make sure this blends in with the banner in a nice design and not just "stuck on" *We want some clear, simple information about a "price guarantee" to emphasise that we are the cheapest. Visually display this to make it more attractive with graphics etc *British and German flags to emphasise the nationality of the agents who run the business. I'll include some files to get you started. Please take a look at our website for some further design ideas. I will also upload the Logo soon when I get a higher quality image. PLEASE NOTE - I would like a much higher standard of work than the previous projects I have received. I will check each bidder's past work personally to see if their work satisfies my needs. The banner image ([login to view URL]) is NOT what I want - It is to show how the banner will be displayed and the stand it will use.
