We are a fast-expanding Chinese company that provides efficient and convenient one-to-one English speaking training for China students . We have intelligent teaching system and rich teaching materials. We are looking for some excellent online teachers with a passion for teaching and working with students and strong communication skills. We are hiring homebased or work-from-home for both part-time and full-time. Qualifications -Bachelor degree or above -Certification (TESOL\TEFL\ IELTS) -Proficiency in Speaking the language of English with neutral accent -Experience in Children English and IELTS English preferred -Minimum 1 year of online English teaching experience Responsibilitie -Creating class remarks for each completed lesson -Providing corrections and study tips to students -Troubleshooting class-related problems Compensation -Hourly rate / class rate: 2-3.5usd/hour (Depends on students feedback and your talent) -Most teachers earn between $500 and $800 monthly Minimum System Requirements:（Stable network connection and device performance acceptable） 1. Desktop or Laptop - Operating System: Windows 10 or above - CPU: Intel Core i3 6th Gen or AMD A Series A8 or above - Memory: At least 8GB of RAM - Benchmark: Over 3000 2. Noise-cancelling headphones and HD webcam 3. Wired DSL/Broadband/Fiber Internet connection 4. Internet connection of 10 mbps DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD speed 5. Quiet, clutter-free teaching space
