Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Remote)
Job Description:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Assistants. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in supporting our property management operations by providing administrative assistance, customer support, and organizational management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and organizing property rental operations.
Communicate with property owners, tenants, and guests to provide excellent service.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Ensure adherence to property management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Location: Candidates must reside in: Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada),South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico)
Airbnb Account: Must have an active Airbnb account (as a guest or host).
4. Availability: Flexible working hours, part-time or full-time options.
5. Equipment: Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
2. Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using online tools and platforms.
