Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Outcome Tester for a contract role focused on a specific project. In this assignment, you will review and analyze customer communications—calls, emails, and written interactions—to assess if the organization’s actions may have impacted customers negatively, especially those facing financial distress or in vulnerable situations. This role will involve providing comprehensive evaluations, insights, and reporting on identified issues to support compliance and enhance customer care practices.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze customer communications to identify indicators of potential harm, particularly focusing on customers in financial distress.
Determine if any organizational actions contributed to customer difficulties, preparing detailed findings and actionable insights.
Deliver concise, data-supported conclusions in comprehensive reports for compliance and internal improvement.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure clarity on compliance requirements and regulatory standards related to vulnerable customers.
Provide structured presentations of findings to stakeholders, maintaining professional objectivity throughout.
Track and document all cases thoroughly to support continuous monitoring and improvement.
