We are seeking an experienced Dispute Specialist to manage and resolve conflicts between platform users, ensuring fair and transparent outcomes. This role offers a monthly salary of $540 USD and requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle disputes between users, including freelancers, clients, and service providers.
Investigate issues thoroughly, gather relevant information, and mediate solutions.
Ensure resolutions align with platform policies and maintain user satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of disputes and outcomes for future reference.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to platform policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in dispute resolution, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain impartial and professional while handling sensitive situations.
