Project Title:
Development of an Accurate Solana Wallet Scanner for Profitable Wallet Analysis
Project Overview:
I am seeking a skilled blockchain developer to rebuild and set up a wallet scanner specifically for the Solana blockchain. The scanner’s primary purpose is to identify profitable wallets worth copying, based on reliable data metrics such as Profit and Loss (PnL), win rate, and performance over weekly/monthly timeframes.
The current implementation is plagued by inaccurate or false data, resulting in wallets with near-zero balances being reported as highly profitable. Despite trying multiple APIs (Solana public API, GMGN API, and BirdEye API) and even scraping data from relevant websites, the results have been inconsistent and unreliable.
This project requires a solution that not only filters out fake or non-credible wallets but also provides a robust mechanism to analyze and verify real-world wallet performance.
Key Objectives:
1. Data Accuracy:
- The output data must accurately reflect the true wallet performance on the Solana blockchain.
- Outputs such as PnL, win rate, and activity over time must be verified against actual on-chain data.
- The CSV output must be trustworthy and ready for actionable use.
2. API Evaluation and Integration:
- If the current API integrations (GMGN, BirdEye, Solana Public API) are the root cause of inaccuracies, investigate and integrate a more reliable API.
- Develop an approach to cross-verify API data with on-chain Solana data to eliminate discrepancies.
3. Functionality:
- The scanner should support analyzing wallets based on key parameters such as:
- PnL (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Win rate (weekly/monthly)
- Transaction activity
- Additional filtering mechanisms must be implemented to exclude wallets with insignificant balances or irrelevant activity.
4. Data Credibility:
- The scanner must employ methods to exclude fake or misleading wallet data.
- Use verifiable sources or cross-references to validate wallet profitability metrics.
5. Efficiency:
- The scanner must operate seamlessly with Solana’s blockchain infrastructure to ensure quick and accurate results.
Deliverables:
1. A Fully Functional Wallet Scanner:
- Capable of analyzing Solana wallets for profitability, PnL, and other performance metrics.
- Results must be exportable as accurate and credible CSV files.
2. API Integration or Replacement:
- If necessary, integrate a new reliable API or develop a hybrid solution combining API and direct Solana RPC calls.
3. Filtering Mechanism:
- Implement robust filters to exclude irrelevant wallets, such as:
- Wallets with insignificant balances.
- Wallets with minimal or misleading activity.
4. Documentation:
- Detailed documentation outlining:
- How the scanner works.
- The APIs and methods used.
- Steps to verify wallet data credibility.
5. Testing and Validation:
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm that the scanner provides accurate and actionable data.
- Verify outputs using independent sources to ensure credibility.
Key Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience in blockchain development and API integration.
- Familiarity with the Solana blockchain, RPC calls, and on-chain data parsing.
- Expertise in debugging existing code and improving efficiency.
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages for blockchain projects.
Experience:
- Proven experience with crypto/trading projects involving wallet analysis or on-chain data extraction.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate, reliable solutions in prior projects.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in wallet performance data.
- Develop innovative solutions to verify wallet profitability beyond basic API reliance.
Additional Notes:
- I have experienced developers delivering incomplete or inaccurate code in the past, which caused delays. Please apply only if you are confident in your ability to deliver a fully functional and tested solution.
- Payment will be made upon confirmation of data accuracy and a working solution.
- If you suggest a better approach or improvement, I am open to ideas, provided the output meets the stated objectives.
Deadline:
Deliverables must be completed within 2-3 weeks of the project start date, with milestones for testing and verification along the way.
Let me know if any clarifications are needed before starting!
