I'm searching for an experienced Web Graphic Designer who can both manage graphics for the social media and website. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating engaging content the candidates to do their own drawings/graphic art work--DO NOT use stock images and driving traffic through.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly web layouts that align with our brand’s vision and objectives. You will work closely with our web development AND PM to ensure that designs are optimized for performance and user experience across different devices and screen sizes. The successful candidate must complete the design project to the satisfaction of the company, with approval from management, in order to receive compensation for the work.
Key Responsibilities:
On the Website side you would be responsible for all:
● Create innovative and visually engaging web designs that enhance the user experience on desktop and mobile platforms.
● Collaborate with developers and content teams to design user-friendly website interfaces and responsive layouts.
● Develop and implement web design concepts, including homepage layouts, landing pages, banners, icons, and other digital assets.
● Ensure all web designs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, color scheme, and typography.
● Work closely with the marketing team to design compelling visual assets for email campaigns, social media posts, and other online promotional materials.
● Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and best practices in web design to continuously improve user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
On the Social Media side you would be responsible for all:
● Develop, create, and schedule original, engaging social media posts for Facebook,
Instagram, and TikT ok, focusing on U.S. holiday greetings, launch announcements, and
website teaser content.
● Write compelling, on-brand captions for each post, ensuring all text is uniquely crafted
for GigResource and not sourced from the internet.
● Select and add trending sounds for TikT ok to enhance post visibility and align with
popular platform trends.
● Create teasers and countdown posts to build excitement around the GigResource
website launch.
● Monitor social media trends, especially those relevant to event planning, holiday
greetings, and brand awareness, to keep content fresh and engaging.
● Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure content aligns with GigResource’s
brand voice, style, and aesthetic.
● Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages to build community
and foster brand loyalty.
● Track social media engagement metrics and provide insights into the performance of
holiday, teaser, and launch posts.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with expertise on
Facebook, Instagram, and TikT ok.
● Strong portfolio showcasing original, creative posts and captions, particularly for holiday,
event, or launch-related content.
● Familiarity with TikT ok trends, including sound selection and hashtag strategy, to boost
engagement.
● Excellent writing skills with a flair for creating engaging, unique captions tailored to our
audience.
● Strong organizational skills to plan and manage a 6-month content calendar effectively.
● Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva.
● Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.
Notes:
● Stay up-to-date with the latest web design technologies, tools, and techniques.
● Submit work for approval and make necessary revisions based on feedback before finalizing each the tasks of the project.
● Any or each payment will be processed once the design is approved by the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Web Graphic Designer or similar role in web design.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) and other web design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
● Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
Solid experience in designing websites and digital content for diverse platforms.
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think visually and strategically.
● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Portfolio showcasing relevant web design work is required
● Experience in content creation for brands in the event planning, lifestyle, or
service-oriented industries.
● Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing reach and
engagement.
● Proven success in building engagement and following through creative, original content
strategies.
Engagement Duration:
This is a 6-month engagement with potential for renewal based on performance and social media goals
We can break down the payment into monthly payment or something else, if agreed.
If you leave the project, not meet more then 1 or more of the deadlines given by us, if the work is done poorly or not acceptable by our standards.
if we see a pattern of not answering our tasks, emails, comments, requests then your payment might not be more than zero for the milestone.
You must accept that you if you work is not acceptable at any time that you agree to revise until approved, if not then DO NOT waste our time, we only wants those that can do the work.
